The Operation Ukrainian Safe Haven project is a national and coordinated communications initiative to bridge and link communications and resources with key stakeholders involved with supporting Ukrainians coming to Canada.

The aim of this voluntary anonymous post-arrival survey is to better understand how individuals fleeing the war in Ukraine are settling in Canada. Participation in this survey is voluntary and should take approximately five minutes. Only one person per household is invited to submit the survey.

The information you provide will help inform service gaps and policy planning.

Please note that the information collected below is anonymous and will not affect your status or settlement services available to you.

This survey is anonymous.

The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it.

If you used an identifying token to access this survey, please rest assured that this token will not be stored together with your responses. It is managed in a separate database and will only be updated to indicate whether you did (or did not) complete this survey. There is no way of matching identification tokens with survey responses.
